Job boards are checked multiple times per day. When a new role matches your profile, you'll be notified within a few hours of it being posted — typically same-day.

LinkedIn and Indeed only surface jobs posted directly on their platforms. Aplo goes straight to each company's ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.) and catches postings the moment they go live — before they're syndicated anywhere else.

A job profile is a set of preferences you define — job title, location, keywords, or a free-text description of your ideal role. Aplo uses vector similarity (AI embeddings) to compare each new job against your profile and scores the match. Matches above your threshold are sent to you.

Yes. We store only what's needed to run the service (your email, name, and job preferences). We don't sell your data or use advertising trackers. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

Absolutely. Many users passively monitor the market while employed. You can set a high match threshold so you only hear about exceptional fits.
